Terms of Service

GENERAL

1. The commission prices are for personal use only. If you're planning to print them, use them for advertising, merchandise, etc., please note that the price will vary.
2. Additional charges may apply depending on the complexity of the design.
3. Please be mindful of my art style when commissioning me! While I’m open to drawing anything (humans, anthros), my style is quite simplistic and not suited for realism.
4. DO NOT edit my artwork without permission.
5. DO NOT resell my artwork or use it for AI training in any form.

PAYMENTS

1. Payment is required upfront in full.
I will NOT begin working on the commission until payment has been received.

REVISIONS

1-2 revisions are available during the sketching phase.
1-2 revisions are available for the colouring phase when you ordered a Characterdesign!

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

1. Waiting time may vary, but it's usually between 10-30 days. I always do my best to finish sooner!
2. If you have a specific deadline in mind, please let me know! If it’s doable, I’ll aim to complete the commission at least 2 days before the deadline.

USE

1. You may use the commission for personal purposes, streaming, and content creation, but you may not use it for merchandise of any kind without my explicit permission.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

1. I retain original copyright and ownership of the artwork, including the right to display it on my website, social media, and portfolio.
2. Commercial licenses require additional charges - please discuss this with me beforehand.
3. I may share the drawing process on my socials (e.g. Instagram, Twitch). If you’re not okay with this, please let me know in the request form.

REFUNDS

No refunds will be issued once I’ve started working on the commission.

COMMUNICATION

1. Communication will take place via the platform you choose, unless we agree otherwise.
